Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking an Analytics Manager to join our Card Analytics team in Charlotte, NC or Wilmington, DE. This role drives actionable insights across the full delivery lifecycle from origination to digital and contact center service, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience.

The successful candidate will lead forecasting, reporting and analytics initiatives, manage 2-4 contractors, and partner with operations to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience in credit cards/fintech.
• Deep knowledge of statistical techniques and data sources.
• Experience with Gen AI tools for analytics and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact center volume forecasting and staffing planning.
• Run inquiry reduction programs using call dispositions and app analytics.
• Create reports and dashboards to optimize operations and decisions.
• Build exception reports for risk and control foundations.
• Identify expense optimization opportunities across channels and suppliers.
• Develop analytical frameworks to boost operational efficiency.
• Manage 2-4 contractors supporting analytics work.
