Job summary

Rittal is seeking a Team Leader for the 2nd shift in our fabrication department. This role focuses on leading daily manufacturing activities, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery while promoting continuous improvement through the Rittal Production System.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing leadership experience, knowledge of lean practices, and the ability to develop and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities to manage fabrication teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
• Understanding of fabrication processes, equipment, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned fabrication area(s) to support and execute the production schedule.
