You will provide excellent customer service, present monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages, upsell products, and participate in ongoing training. This role requires outdoor work, weekend availability, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends).
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with a strong first impression.
• Engage customers pre/post wash and upsell memberships.
• Maintain quality control and safety procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and process transactions.
• Pitch memberships and learn wash processes to increase knowledge.
