You will focus on delivering exceptional service, upselling Unlimited Wash Club packages, and guiding customers to the best options. The role requires flexibility, outdoor work, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance via Quality Control checks.
• Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address all customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Pitch memberships to new customers during interactions.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
