Job summary

Express Wash Concepts in Mason, Ohio is seeking a Team Leader to guide a fast-paced team at our Flying Ace Express Car Wash location. Earn $17.50 per hour and help drive exceptional customer service while supporting the wash process and sales goals.

You will train and lead staff, greet customers, educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club, and monitor quality. This role offers growth across our 130+ locations with strong training, a 401(k) match, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver fast, friendly service and meet quality standards.
• Greet customers and educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively and ensure quality control checks.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process; mentor staff to exceed service standards.
