• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and actively upsell monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages.
• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and process payments accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
