Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and upsell optional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell monthly unlimited packages.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and use POS and basic retail equipment.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
