Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Stand and move throughout the site for a full shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
- Upsell products and educate customers on benefits of memberships.
- Greet customers and ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) and handle transactions.
- Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledgebase.
