Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old where required by law or safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).
• Previous experience in customer-facing or outdoor role preferred, not required.
• Must pass a background check per company policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash equipment safely and effectively.
• Greet customers and support membership sales and upsell when needed.
• Guide vehicles into the tunnel and ensure wash readiness.
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to entry.
• Prep vehicles by cleaning and vacuuming interiors.
• Dry, polish, and detail as applicable.
• Explain wash packages and promotions to customers.
• Rotate tasks with team members and follow manager direction.
• Assist opening/closing duties and site upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and customer areas.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
