Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC seeks a Crew Member who will deliver a joyful, safe car wash experience. You will operate wash equipment, prep vehicles, and maintain a clean site while supporting sales and guest services as needed.

Flexibility to rotate duties and assist at the kiosk, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Training provided; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (location dependent).
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash equipment including front wash, back wash, and vacuum.
• Greet customers and support membership sales and upsell when needed.
• Guide vehicles into tunnel and ensure wash readiness.
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to entry.
• Prep vehicles by cleaning interiors and wiping surfaces.
• Dry, polish, and detail vehicles as applicable.
• Explain and promote wash packages and promotions.
• Rotate between duties based on business needs and direction.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and basic maintenance checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and customer areas.
• Perform routine cleaning of pits, tunnels, and debris.
