Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Background check may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate car wash equipment (front/back wash, vacuum).
• Greet customers and support membership sales when needed.
• Guide vehicles into/out of tunnel and ensure wash readiness.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before entry to prevent claims.
• Prep vehicles by cleaning interiors and surfaces.
• Dry, polish, and detail vehicles as applicable.
• Explain wash packages and promotions to customers.
• Shift between tasks (vacuum, tunnel, kiosk) as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and site organization.
• Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and areas.
• Perform routine cleaning/maintenance to keep the site safe.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
