Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Crew Member to help deliver a joyful, safe car wash experience. This hands-on role operates wash equipment, preps vehicles, and supports customer-facing needs to ensure a high-quality service.

You will rotate between tasks such as vacuuming, tunnel operations, and kiosk support, maintaining a clean site and adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate car wash equipment including front wash, back wash, and vacuum.
• Greet and engage customers; support membership sales as needed.
• Guide vehicles into the tunnel and ensure wash readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the site.
• Rotate between vacuuming, tunnel, and kiosk duties as directed.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow all safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties to support team and site performance.
