• Supervise staff and assist with tasks as needed.
• Train new and current team members on tasks.
• Handle customer issues and manage conflicts.
• Adhere to policies and health, safety and employment standards.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits.
• Greet customers and explain wash services; process payments.
• Clean facility and organize equipment and hoses.
• Move vehicles into express wash with a professional attitude.
• Perform visual vehicle inspections before wash.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed daily.
• Maintain vacuum systems, trash cans, and hoses.
