Wiggy Wash is seeking a motivated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy car wash facility. You will lead a team, ensure top-quality service, and maintain a safe, organized environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring adherence to policies and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
