Marc--1-Car-Was is seeking a motivated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy car wash facility and ensure top service for customers.

The role requires leading a team, training staff, monitoring quality, and reporting performance. This full-time position offers a benefits package after a waiting period, PTO, growth opportunities, and potential career advancement; free car washes are included.

Competenze

• Bachelor or equivalent not required but a high school diploma is needed.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a frontline team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Ability to train staff and enforce safety and quality standards.

Mansioni

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants and ensure adherence to policies and high service levels.
• Train new staff on washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before/after wash to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
