Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants and ensure policy adherence and service quality
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
• Inspect vehicles before/after washing for quality control
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
