Qualifications

2–3 years of management experience in customer service–related roles (required)
Proven leadership to own and mentor future leaders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication with an outgoing, people-focused approach
Effective time management and organizational skills
Basic mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and operational software)
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Valid driver’s license
Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese and English) preferred

Responsibilities

Learn and master all car wash roles to train and develop team members
Oversee daily operations: staffing, training, safety, performance
Deliver Prestige level customer service in every interaction while maximizing efficiency
Promote a safe, clean work environment in line with safety standards
Manage budgets for supplies, products, and equipment including repairs
Monitor car wash quality to align with Prestige standards
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business success
