Prestige Capital Group is hiring a Car Wash Site Manager in a fast-growing family-owned environment in Massachusetts. The role demands leadership in customer service, operations, and team development, with responsibilities spanning staffing, training, safety, and quality control.

You will train team members, oversee daily operations, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining efficiency and a safe workplace.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of management experience in customer service–related roles (required).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and mentor future leaders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with an outgoing, people-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and master all car wash roles to train and develop current and new team members.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, safety, and performance.
• Deliver Prestige level customer service in every interaction while maximizing efficiency.
• Promote a safe, clean, and positive work environment in line with safety standards.
• Manage budgets for supplies, products, and equipment, including repairs and replacements.
• Monitor car wash quality to ensure alignment with Prestige standards and expectations.
• Perform additional duties to support operations and business success.
