You will oversee staffing, training, safety, budgeting, and performance, while promoting a safe, efficient work environment. This full-time role offers $25–$30 per hour plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in customer service roles.
• Proven leadership with ownership and mentoring.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication with an outgoing, people-focused approach.
• Able to manage time and stay organized.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency (car wash/HR/maintenance systems).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master all car wash roles to train and develop current and new team members.
• Oversee daily operations: staffing, training, safety, and performance.
• Deliver Prestige level customer service maximizing efficiency.
• Promote safe, clean, positive work environment per safety standards.
• Manage budgets for supplies, products, and equipment.
• Monitor car wash quality to match Prestige standards.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
