Responsibilities

• Drive daily membership sales and conversion performance.
• Coach and develop team members to meet and exceed goals.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and fully operational site.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, service standards, and safety.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, inventory, and ordering.
• Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.
• Support all areas of the business as needed to ensure success.
