Job summary

McKee Group in Exton, PA is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead car wash operations, grow memberships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching the team, managing daily operations, and pushing performance to the next level, with 45–50 hours per week, including weekends during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in automotive, car wash operations, hospitality, retail, or service.
• Natural leader who can motivate and develop people.
• Sales-driven with the ability to set and hit goals.
• Competitive, energetic, and driven to improve performance.
• Organized, dependable, and a strong communicator.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 with a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Membership Growth – Lead and motivate your team to hit sales and membership goals.
• Build a Winning Team – Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees who deliver results.
• Lead Daily Operations – Keep the site running efficiently while managing staffing, workflow, volume, and customer demand.
• Track the Numbers – Monitor sales, labor, memberships, productivity, and other key performance metrics.
• Create Raving Customers – Set the standard for exceptional service and ensure customer concerns are resolved quickly.
• Keep Standards High – Ensure the site is clean, safe, organized, and operating at its best.
• Keep Equipment Running – Oversee equipment, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Lead with Accountability – Set expectations, recognize strong performance, address issues, and create a team culture focused on results.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF...

• You have 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in automotive, car wash operations, hospitality, retail, or service

• You're a natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop people

• Sales doesn't intimidate you-you enjoy setting goals and hitting them

• You're competitive, energetic, and driven to improve performance

• You know how to balance people, customers, sales, and operations

• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• You're organized, dependable, and a strong communicator

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent

• You're at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Previous car wash experience is a plus, but strong leadership and sales experience are what matter most.

45–50 hours per week, including weekends and high-volume periods as needed.
