Prestige Capital Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Car Wash Site Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer service at our Somerset location. You will drive safety, efficiency, and team development while managing budgets and vendor relations.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience, strong leadership, and a proactive, high-energy approach. We offer full-time schedules with growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years of management experience in customer service-related roles.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to take ownership and mentor future leaders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with an outgoing, people-focused approach.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency (car wash, HR, and maintenance systems).
• Ability to lift, push, or carry 50 lbs or more; valid driver’s license; bilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and master all car wash roles to train and develop current and new team members.
• Oversee all daily operations: staffing, training, safety, and performance.
• Deliver Prestige-level customer service in every interaction while maximizing efficiency.
• Promote a safe, clean, and positive work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Manage budgets for supplies, products, and equipment, including repairs and replacements.
• Monitor car wash quality to ensure alignment with Prestige standards and expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational and business success.
