Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in customer service roles.
• Strong leadership with ownership and mentorship.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual preferred: English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master all car wash roles to train others.
• Oversee daily operations: staffing, training, safety, performance.
• Deliver Prestige-level customer service and maximize efficiency.
• Promote safe, clean, and positive work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Manage budgets for supplies, products, and equipment.
• Monitor car wash quality to align with Prestige standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
