Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in customer service roles.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor future leaders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication with an outgoing, people-focused approach.
• Effective time management and organization.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and operational software).
• Ability to lift, push, or carry 50 lbs or more.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High energy, coachable mindset, eager to grow.
• Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese and English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master all car wash roles to train and develop team members.
• Oversee daily operations: staffing, training, safety, and performance.
• Deliver Prestige-level customer service while maximizing efficiency.
• Promote a safe, clean, and positive work environment per safety standards.
• Manage budgets for supplies, products, and equipment including repairs.
• Monitor car wash quality to align with Prestige standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
