Ramsey Car Wash is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help customers with their car wash needs and to achieve daily sales goals. You will handle the pay station, operate the register, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, sales, and cash register operation, and is willing to work a flexible schedule in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly.
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance with their car wash needs.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card.
• Issue receipts to customers.
• Take added responsibility for cleaning, inventory, and site maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
