• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: Maintain wash area safety and cleanliness, assist with vehicle prep and operation of wash equipment.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and support CX.
• General Duties: Open/close duties, site upkeep, and maintain orderly work areas.
