Job summary

Detail Driven Car Wash in Missouri is seeking a customer service oriented cashier to sell car washes and unlimited plans. You will operate the cash register, process payments and manage inventory, while delivering fast, friendly service to every customer.

Flexible hours and a commission-based incentive accompany a base hourly wage; prior C-Store experience is helpful. Candidates should be able to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or car wash environment is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors/indoors in variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Sell car washes and unlimited car wash plans.
• Operate cash register and process payments.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage stock.
• Explain services provided at the car wash.
• Be punctual, reliable and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and ensure proper cash accountability.

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time

Salary: $15.50 -$21.00 plus commission

Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
