Prestige Capital Group, a growing family-owned company with 30 years in car wash and retail, seeks Car Wash Site Managers who lead with integrity and drive. Earn $25–$30/hour, plus commissions and bonuses, with full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of management experience in customer service roles.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and master all car wash roles to train and develop team members.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, training, safety, and performance.
• Deliver Prestige-level customer service in every interaction while maximizing efficiency.
• Promote a safe, clean, and positive work environment in line with safety standards.
• Manage budgets for supplies, products, and equipment including repairs.
• Monitor car wash quality to meet Prestige standards and expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
