Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a team at Russell Speeders Car Wash in Norwalk, CT. You will manage Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to deliver exceptional guest service in a high-energy outdoor environment.

The role requires at least 1+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and willingness to work 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends. Carwash industry knowledge is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Offer training to employees not meeting our standard
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Other duties as assigned
