Responsibilities

• Keep facility, equipment and grounds clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Optimize workflow and throughput to reduce wait times and boost experience.
• Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Execute sales initiatives and membership growth to drive revenue.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate orders for chemicals and parts.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Review KPIs and financials to improve site performance.
