You will lead daily operations, focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and performance while developing staff and managing schedules. The role is designed to develop future General Managers with exposure to business operations, financial performance, compliance, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between location sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily car wash operations at the location.
• Ensure efficient execution of processes, procedures, and service standards.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and assets in safe and functional condition.
• Respond to operational issues, customer concerns, and staffing matters.
• Coach and develop management and non-management staff; assist with scheduling and performance management.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
• Support safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
