Job summary

7 Flags Car Wash seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead location operations, ensuring safety compliance, strong customer satisfaction, and sales performance. You will partner with the General Manager to enforce company standards and drive progressive improvements across staffing, training, and finances.

This exempt, full-time role focuses on developing future General Managers through exposure to leadership, operations, and regulatory compliance at multiple site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for operations and personnel management.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound business decisions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily business operations.
• Ensure efficient execution of processes and service standards.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and assets in safe, functional condition.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and non-management employees.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
• Travel to company locations as assigned to support operations and training.
