TIP TOP CAR WASH is hiring for a Team Lead to run daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service at our New Albany car wash. The role includes scheduling, supervising staff, handling payments, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the facility.

Qualifications

• Organizing shift schedules for team members.

• Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits.
• Training new and current team members on tasks.
• Ensuring safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Moving cars into the express wash with a professional attitude.
