Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage shift coverage to meet business needs.
• Assign duties and monitor team member performance.
• Ensure labor is used efficiently to support peak traffic times and operational goals.
• Train and mentor staff on procedures and safety.
• Lead by example to promote a positive, professional, and safe work culture.
• Manage time-off requests and attendance.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and monitor wash tunnel operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Ensure vehicles are guided into the tunnel with safety protocols.
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues promptly.
• Ensure team compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers with courteous, confident approach.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and balance cash drawers at shift end.
• Ensure smooth customer flow throughout wash process.
