Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service, support sales and membership growth, assist with sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures, identify preexisting conditions, operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers, manage member accounts, ensure a positive experience, stock and organize detailing areas, keep areas clean.
• General Duties: Maintain professional conduct, perform opening/closing duties, ensure tunnel cleanliness and safety.
