Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building, sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff, drive employee engagement and recognition.
• Perform shift supervision and assume Site Manager duties when needed.
• Train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 per guidelines and performance standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure customer inquiries and incidents are resolved promptly.
• Report injuries or incidents to the Site Manager.
• Adhere to safety procedures and vehicle damage claim processes.
• Open availability and ability to work opposite shift to Site Manager.
