Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is hiring for a shift supervisor at the Tunnel Wash location in Tucson, AZ. The role acts as the manager when the Site Manager is unavailable and oversees daily operations, training, scheduling, and customer service.

You will manage vending stock, supervise team members, and ensure safety and quality during car wash processes. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the Circle K network.

Qualifications

High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
Experience with team building
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Proficient computer skills

Responsibilities

Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending
Effectively provide training to new hires
Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team
Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
Able to create an effective schedule.
Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation
Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system)
Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses
Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
