Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to be on the front line of guest experience, guiding customers through the wash process and maintaining site operations. You will support sales, manage member accounts, and keep the wash area clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes proactive service, teamwork, and reliability. The position offers hands-on training, on-site work, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles within the site management track.

Qualifications

• No experience required. A 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one.
• You’ll guide guests through the wash experience and manage member accounts (CX).
• You’re physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management; support sales and membership growth.
• Wash Station Service: Operate wash equipment safely, prepare vehicles, identify preexisting conditions, and maintain a clean wash area.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers, manage member cancellations and plan changes, and ensure a positive experience.
