Nouria Energy’s Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily high-volume operations in West Springfield, MA. You’ll lead teams, coach staff, and help optimize workflows to minimize wait times and maximize customer satisfaction.

A focus on safety and proactive problem-solving will be essential to drive site performance. The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to work up to 50 hours weekly, including

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Solid customer-service mindset with a focus on safety.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.
• Ensure clean, safe, and fully operational facility and equipment.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Support sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Review KPIs and help drive site performance with the Site Manager.
• Lead shifts and step in during Site Manager absence when needed.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience.Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a hands-on, motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our high-volume car wash facility.
