Nouria Energy is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager for Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Wilmington, MA. You will support daily operations, coach the team, and help maximize site performance while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in a service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations including staffing support, scheduling, coaching and feedback.
• Ensure facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth to drive revenue and retention.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of chemicals, parts, and supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Review operational KPIs and performance metrics with the Site Manager.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience.Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a hands-on, motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our high-volume car wash facility.
