ModWash in Cambridge, MD is seeking a Guest Experience member to drive membership sales and deliver an outstanding car wash experience. You will work with a team to educate guests on membership value, guide choices, and maintain a clean facility.

The role requires a passion for serving others, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Base pay plus commission is offered with comprehensive training and a fun, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind-blowing customer service to every guest.
• Actively sell and present ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
