ModWash in Maumee, OH is hiring a Guest Experience Member to support daily location operations and drive membership sales. You will educate guests on value, help select packages, and ensure a stellar experience from greeting to post-wash engagement.

The role emphasizes selling unlimited wash memberships, delivering outstanding service, and keeping the facility clean. Part-time or full-time opportunities with a base plus commission exist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guideand assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
