Job summary

ModWash in Indiana, PA is seeking a Guest Experience Member for part-time and full-time roles. You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience and learn to explain the value and savings of unlimited wash memberships.

You’ll deliver mind blowing customer service, guide guests through packages, stay flexible with evenings and weekends, and collaborate to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• A passion for serving others.
• Awesome customer service skills; previous sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
