Holiday Oil, a long-standing Utah-based family-owned convenience store, is seeking a Car Wash Manager to oversee daily car wash operations and ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. You will lead a team, coach staff, and monitor equipment performance to meet performance goals.

The role requires 21+, strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and excellent customer service, with outdoor work in varied weather and a Saturday–Sunday rotation.”

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee and manage daily operations of the car wash, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment that delivers excellent customer service and meets company performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure car wash is operating efficiently and safely
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot car wash equipment
• Assist customers with issues or questions regarding the wash process
• Keep the car was tunnel and surrounding area clean and organized
• Restock chemicals with company policies and safety standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous sales experience to sell monthly subscriptions preferred
• Previous car wash automotive service experience preferred
• Leadership and training experience required
• Mechanically inclined; ability to troubleshoot and manage basic maintenance
• Must be able to open and close car wash across Sunday through Saturday schedule
• Ability to operate car wash equipment and monitor system functionality
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Ability to manage, train, and coach a team
• Must have a safe driving record
• Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver License
