Job summary

Holiday Oil in Lehi, UT is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead the team, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will help manage staff, monitor inventory, and handle cash control in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in retail, strong communication skills, and is available to open and close stores across a Sunday–Saturday schedule. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities in store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred and training experience is a plus.
• Open/close stores across Sunday through Saturday schedule.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills; familiar with POS.
• Valid Utah driver's license and a safe driving record; willing to be MVR monitored.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
