Holiday Oil in North Salt Lake, UT is seeking a Car Wash Manager to oversee daily car wash operations, ensure safety, and maintain a clean, efficient wash that delivers excellent customer service.

The role requires leadership, training and coaching a team, mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous sales experience to sell monthly subscriptions preferred.
• Previous car wash automotive service experience preferred.
• Leadership and training experience required.
• Mechanically inclined; ability to troubleshoot and manage basic maintenance.
• Must be able to open and close car wash across Sunday through Saturday schedule.
• Ability to operate car wash equipment and monitor system functionality.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage, train, and coach a team.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure car wash is operating efficiently and safely.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot car wash equipment.
• Assist customers with issues or questions regarding the wash process.
• Keep the car was tunnel and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Restock chemicals with company policies and safety standards.
