Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking a capable leader to support store operations in Salt Lake City. The role emphasizes hiring and training, directing daily workflow, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, while upholding our dress and grooming standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain a neat appearance as per dress and grooming standards.
• Must be able to assign and delegate tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prolonged periods standing and operating cash register or related equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment.
• Constant movement with physical activities such as lifting (0–50 lbs), bending, reaching and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow and provide direction to Team Members.
• Assist with employment actions including discipline and termination per policy.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforce sales pitches and maintain proper cash accountability at POS.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Drive memberships by maximizing car volume and building customer loyalty.
• Analyze reporting and daily trends to support business decisions.
• Motivate and develop the team following company values.
