Job summary

Splash Car Wash & Oil Change is seeking an experienced technician to maintain and repair complex car wash facilities and equipment in the field. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control-system issues and perform preventive maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires diagnosing failures, reading schematics, and using diagnostic tools. Occasional after-hours support and travel may be required to support multiple locations across Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commercial/industrial maintenance and automated equipment.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues.
• Experience with pumps, motors, plumbing systems, mechanical and electrical components.
• Read schematics, diagrams, manuals, or equipment documentation; use diagnostic tools.
• Willing to travel approximately 10% and work occasional nights or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years old; background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control-system issues on car wash facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose performance gaps and failures; perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Repair and maintain pumps, motors, plumbing systems, and automated tunnel equipment.
• Document repairs, parts used, and completed work; communicate with teams.
• Assist with after-hours or emergency service needs as required.
