Splash Car Wash & Oil Change is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to service and repair car wash facilities and equipment in Rogers, AR. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and control-system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across equipment and systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commercial or industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, facilities maintenance, or automated equipment.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and equipment documentation.
• Comfort using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Willingness to travel about 10% and work after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control-system issues.
• Diagnose equipment performance gaps and failures efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Repair and maintain pumps, motors, plumbing systems, chemical systems, automated equipment, and car wash tunnel equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Team, Operations, vendors, and leadership.
• Document repairs, parts used, and completed work.
• Remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasionally assist with after-hours, weekend, or emergency service needs.
