Job summary

GetGo Café + Market Bridgeville, PA is seeking a full-time shift supervisor to manage daily operations in the absence of the Site Manager. You will oversee stocking, coaching new hires, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are followed, including car wash systems and safety protocols.

The role requires at least 3+ years in retail with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent customer service. Competitive pay with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/managerial retail experience is required or preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Effectively provide training to new hires.
• Train on opening/closing checklists and loading techniques to teammates.
• Train Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Create an effective schedule.
• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation.
• Clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system).
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
